Provided as-is

The quote and invoice generators, the downloadable templates and the Pro Pack are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We work hard to make them accurate and useful, but we do not guarantee they are free of errors or suitable for every situation.

Your documents are your responsibility

Any quote, invoice or estimate you produce using this site is your document. You are responsible for checking the figures, the wording, and that the document meets the legal and tax requirements that apply to you and your customers, wherever you are in the world. Tax rules, VAT registration thresholds and consumer protection laws differ between countries and change over time, so confirm your obligations with your accountant or the relevant authority.

No professional advice

Nothing on this site is legal, tax or accounting advice. The default wording in the templates and generators is a sensible starting point, not a substitute for advice about your specific circumstances.

Acceptable use

You may use the tools and templates for your own business documents. You may not resell or redistribute the templates or the Pro Pack as templates, whether free or paid.

Liability
